Hi am in Manitoba, I currently hold a valid work permit for room attendant.my employer want to change my work permit to manager, do they still have to advertise the position to obtain a new LMO to change my permit.? please advise.

1, Yes, it will now have to be advertised for 4 weeks on the job bank and 2 other publications. Then, if approved, you would need a new work permit.
