I am a full time graduate student holding a 2-years study permit. My husband came to Canada with me with an Spousal Open Work Permit.
Now it has been one year since that and he has been accepted to a graduate program. My question is: Can he get a study permit to study Part-Time in this program and continue using his Spousal Work permit to work full time?
