Extending study permit and sowp

I am on a study permit and my husband is on spousal open Work Permit, both of the permit expire on July 27, 2022.

I wants to continue to study and have taken a course in the September semester.

I know that I am eligible to apply for a study permit extension, but I want to know if my husband can apply for open Work Permit extension with the study permit or does he have to wait until the I receives my study permit. Then apply for a new spousal open work permit.



Since my husbands Work Permit is expiring in a month, would he have to change his status to a visitor? Then apply for sowp when I gets my study permit or is there a way for him to apply for an Extention at the same time?

You can apply to extend Study permit and submit your husband application at the same time...
