Change POE date - I need help!

Hi guys I applied for a Working Holiday IEC and got permission for 1 year.

My Letter of introduction is untill: 23/8/2024

I would like to change/modify date to 2/2/2025 is that possible? If yes how?

2nd question, just in case I enter before 23/8/2024 just to activate my Visa and leave after few days, do I need to have valid insurance for 1 year even if I just enter canada to activate my visa?
Or I can have insurance just for few days and after when I come 2nd time I will apply for a long insurance contract? (lets say 8 months)

It's not possible to extend the date. Yes, you must have 1 year of valid insurance or they won't issue a 1 year work permit. They will only give you a work permit that is the length of your insurance. The work permit cannot be extended.
