Hi, about a month ago (after get our SA) the CIC chose a VO to continue the 2nd stage of our application (I will call this VO-1), however we request to the CIC verify the information about this VO-1 that they had chosen because we thought should be other one (VO-2). We proved our point/reason of our request.
Today we have been notified that the CIC has verified the information provided and our application has been updated, and they will re-transfer our app to VO-2. However, they don't provide any times frames for the reception in VO-1 and re-transfer to the VO-2.
As our app is "in transit" to VO-1 (we guess that), we wonder if any member or senior member have heard or known a case like this, when the app must be re-transferred from VO-1 to another VO-2, in order to have an idea of how long it will take and if it will generate a considerable delay in our process. :
Any comment will be welcome as always, and thanks to all!!!
Re: Re-transfer of application from VO to a different VO, anyone know??
Most people here seem to think you can't transfer to another VO. But, you've shown this to be untrue, and i have read stories before of people who were successful in this endeavor.
Unfortunately it's unlikely to be of any help to you, because there is no standard for these types of things, no one can say because every VO is different. It depends on if it will sit in a queue before transferring, or if they will transfer it right away. I just hope it doesn't sit in the Mexico VO queue then get sent to Paris to sit in that queue as well. Hopefully they have enough common-sense to transfer it immediately.

Thank you. I've been tried to find similar histories or success stories related, but I couldn't. I just hope don't take that long and that the VO's don't leave sit our app. It's really odd, but well...
Re: Change of VO, re-transfer of app from VO to a different VO.
I'm just updating my own case , in order to help anyone in the same or similar situation.
We were informed that our app were re-transferred from the VO1 to the VO2 in the past days, that means that they took about 2 and a half weeks for this adjustment. I know that the times depends of the VO's, but this could be a good approach about it.
