I've been admitted to a Diploma course in Quebec, successfully obtained CAQ and Visa (TRV) from IRCC. All the pre-requisites have been completed from my side and there's still way over a month left for my course to commence and for me to fly. However I'm not satisfied with my current College and Course and would very much like to change my level of studies to a Under-Graduate Program at a different DLI in Quebec for which I've already submitted my application for (subject to being accepted).
I'm confused if that would be possible at all before entering Canada but after I've been issued a visa, as the study permit would be issued by Border Police at PoE. and if so, what is the process and would it affect my visa in any way?
