Change of Employer

Greetings,
I am on WP originally LMO approved with my first employer and it is valid til May, 2011. If I intend to change the employer if I get a better offer, when I apply for 'change of conditions' for my WP, do I need to include new LMO or simply apply with new offer? Please advise.
