I am currently working in Michigan on H1B VISA ( H1B Stamping on Passport till Nov 2024) and residing in Canada as PR. I travel to Michigan once in a week or as needed. I have recently been offered a new job in Michigan who are willing to transfer my H1B for a significant raise in salary and role. I have following questions : -

-Once I have 797 Approved for a new job can I use old Passport stamping which is valid till 2024 for AVR purpose? Has anybody been in similar position ?
