I am currently employed with Employer A with H1B Stamping and 797 Approved till 2024 and live in Windsor with the employer in Detroit. I travel frequently (a few times a week). I have following questions if anybody has been in this situation : -
1) Do I need to stay within US while my H1B application is being processed ( choosing the option that states applicant is in the USA)
2) If 797 is approved can I used old stamping/AVR to commute back and forth till I get a new stamping ?
