I agree Yildiz. Infact the CIC agent that I spoke to last time on December 15 said that any rule change or new notification is
first posted on the CIC website and there's nothing hidden from the public at large.

Scammers like her bring bad name to the Indians and I apologize on their behalf for degrading the level of this forum.

Naivety/Innocence is separate from sly/crass behaviour and if we ignore people like these, people who come to the forum
seeking guidance get misguided.

Please feel free for any guidance on DLI change. We are here to help you and others. Also for everyone any iota of doubt Please
call CIC as they are quite helpful if you are clear about your query.

Yildiz, Sumi0007 and others She/He is definitely a scammer : See the threads below and replies which are contradictory to what is claimed in this thread
(Said that She's in Centennial and tried moving to Alpha International) What a shame

I gave up as it looks like an extreme case of mental derangement/scamming.

You don't have to apologize. As a 27 years old person I can differentiate fraud and fake persons but sometimes we may fall for it which is not good.
