Change in Local Office, is this Normal

Today Morning i again called CIC, the agent told that my application is in process and has been sent from Mississauga office to St Clair Office.According to him its normal .

I had got a RQ on 26-May and send it back on 6-june and on 21-july i sent OHIP and US travel details which i received from US Customs and Border Protection .

I had called about 10 days before that time the agent told that all by check are completed and i am in line for Test call.

I am so confused about this st clair office move, Did anybody Face this?

As far as I know and threads I came across on this Forum, this is something never heard of before. Don't quote me on it, I might be wrong. To my knowledge files only go to St.Clair if there is something that CIC needs to check before calls applicants for test, like Background checks and stuff. If something in your file is triggering some sort of flag, then they might have send it to St. Clair for further verification.

Yepp, that's all we can do at the moment.... The strange or I should say weird thing is that everybody and I quote everybody other than January 2014 applicants are called for test and even for oaths. I even saw some March 2014 here and there in this forum being called for test.

This is so annoying and frustrating....I know waiting sucks...but nothing much we all can do, other than

My friend also applied with me in 16-Jan-2014, he had is test on 26-june-2014 and oath on 01-july-2014.
I made a mistake of travelling to USA 15 times mostly day trips

You are right all the resident Questionare are reviewed in the St Clair office.
Today i spoke with the agent and she confirmed the same

This is completely normal because mailvdutt received an RQ. Every (or almost every?) RQ file in the GTA gets transferred to St-Clair.
