change in address and contact/mobile number

I am a federal skilled worker outlander ....I got a phd offer from china.. I have reached here on 22nd of this month.. But family would stay in my home country i.e Pakistan.
how can i inform cic about the new address and new phone number after arriving in China.. most probably i will get ppr when i will be in china , so how and where will i submitt my passport and where my family will submit them??If you can guide me please?
