hi everyone. I withdrew from my college as I did not get passport request for a long time after applying. Now I just received passport request yesterday(24-02-2020). I withdrawal was successful a month ago. Now can I in any other college if I take admission? And when to update the DLI in GC Key, after getting visa printed on passport or before sending my passport? plz hep.
