Passport request after program admission cancelation.

Hello,
I applied for my SP on 29th May 2021
Supplied biometrics on 1st June 2021
Medical Exams on 18th September 2021
And Passport request today the 1st of October 2021.
Nevertheless, my LOA was for September 2021 intake so the admission was already canceled.
The College (Holland College, PEI) refused to defer my admission, and furthermore, no seats are available for January 2022 intake in my program- Postgraduate Dip in Project Mgt (A 1-year course).
At the moment, what are my options especially if I get admission to the Sept 2022 intake of the same program same school?
What if I change DLI (but in a similar program- though it might be 2 yrs long) and make a new application, what are my chances of approval?
This is really eating my mind at the moment.

if i am on ur seat and this happens to me i travel to canada even admission canceled. i go there find college find programe and reapply and then inform ircc for the story
