My friend applied for PR through express entry in march from his country of residence (USA) but unfortunately he had to move back to India (Country of Origin ) in march for family reasons and he is waiting in India as is h1b visa is stuck in processing.
He is expecting his visa to be resolved in a month or so but there are no guarantees when he will be back in USA.
Should he inform CIC about address change or just wait for now and hope that he goes back to USA before biometrics request. Can he call CIC helpline to ask ?
