Change Closed Work permit to open work permit

I have close work permit with my company but I like to get open work permit base on my wife's PGWPP and she's working with a company outside of Canada, I'm not sure I'm eligible for that or not?

She would need to have a NOC A, B or 0 job with an employer in Canada in order for you to qualify for an open work permit.

If her employer is outside of Canada, then unfortunately you're not eligible.

Thanks for replaying, I tried filling questionaries in visa application once I finished I got the open-work permit option but I don't see any place requesting her job offer or her last 3 payroll paystubs.
