Hi,
I hold a doctorate in computer science and have three years of experience as a university lecturer.
I have submitted EOI for the express entry program with CRS 360, so my questions are:
What are the chances to get ITA in the express entry program?
Should I parallelly submit my EOI for the PNP programs?
Can I submit EOI to PNP programs in multiple provinces?
Thank you

1. As a CEC maybe, as a FSW in my opinion its close to nil
2. Yes!
3. I think yes, but after accepting one you are to reject others. Confirm this before taking any step.

Seems it's not possible to apply without a job in any PNP program?

Every province have their own programs whose requirements keep on changing. One would have to go to website of provinces (each has a different one) and check them through
