I am currently waiting for my permanent residence, I am outside of canada due to a departure order that turned into a deportation order after my refugee claim was refused in 2008. My V/O sent me the ARC form and I have sent them a letter along with the payment and my certificate of departure. I was still a minor when i overstayed because my mother wanted me to stay with her and it should not be held against my character.
My mother is a permanent resident of canada.
What are my chances of getting a TRV if my ARC is accepted?
