Chances of rejection of OWP if one apply while in TRV inside canada?

Hi ,


I am on student visa and i am planning to bring my wife here. While applying for my student visa we were informed its easy to take spouse along all we need to do is apply for TRV and once my spouse is here we can change it to OWP and she can work full time . Now we are facing the reality tht its not easy to get TRV . I want to know whether we will hv to undergo again many other procedures to move from TRV to OWP ?
