Chances of a visa with a conditional offer letter

Condition was that I clear an entrance exam on my arrival in Canada. If I fail to clear it, then I need to enroll in a 4-month preparatory course.

General category, and more importantly, applied on my own right from selecting the program/college/province to the visa application filing.

This post relates to my case as well,
Need help to clarify few doubts I have regarding the Visa:

My Profile:
10th : 66% (2005)
12th : 64% (2007)
B.com : 49.45% without internals. (2010)
IATA : Diploma in foundation of travel and tourism (2013 March) certification from Canada.

Work Experience :
Ramada Inn , USA : 3 Months in 2009.
Call center Ahmedabad: 11 Months in 2010-2011
Staffing Manager in USA : 1 Year in 2011-2012.
Thomas Cook India as Sales Executive in Travel And Tourism : 1 Year In 2013-2014.

I have secured 7 Bands in IELTS.

Paid Tuition fees in Seneca College for Travel and Tourism 2 Years Diploma Course.

My Question :
1: Will my work experience from USA and Travel and tourism in India be counted for Visa?
2: What are my chances of Visa since I am opting for Travel and Tourism Diploma course with B.com?

You have experience which is evident and valid so shouldn't be a problem

Infact they need people with bcom ad all their torusism courses on higher level r management courses however make sure to relate ur subjects well and give details of the people u have worked with incase they want to check

I want to do bachelors in hotel management in humber but the admission requirements is maths . i do not have maths as my subjects . I have taken accounts instead. So what should i do then . I heard that the college gives unconditional offer letter . I want to know that unconditional offer letter does create any problem in visa
