Chances for applicants with CRS score less than 400

Hi All,
I have a CRS 376. I'm applying together with my spouse, and we both have 2+ years of experience under NOC 2173. We've got CLB 7 in IELTS, and 4 years degree in BSc. completed.
In my case; I have my sibling living in Ontario as well. What are our chances of getting a ITA from Ontario PNP or any other province with the current CRS.

Chance of a nomination from Ontario for a tech draw is very low. Last week’s draw was low of 456 for tech draw. No points for family. Maybe Alberta but right now only selecting inland or LMIA.
