Have you done anything differently? To me it always shows message that payment is closed & will open at 8:15 Alberta time. I tried 1-2 mins before time, exactly at 8:15 & a minute after 8:15. It shows error message when I click link for review application.

My internet speed was 40MBPS.

Follow these steps.
1. Use Microsoft Edge browser.
2. Login at 8:00 MST.
3. Go to Complete Draft Application or Make online Payment
4. Quickly check all the details one by one. (complete within 10 minutes)
5. Go to final payment page (where credit card and preview option is there) Initially, it will show IQAS daily limit of applications for immigration purposes has been reached for today.... . But here is the catch, refresh the page 1 or 2 times (you will get same message of daily reach)
6. Now do final refresh at sharp between 8:14:30 MST (if less than 30 MBPS) or 8:14:40 MST (If 30+ MBPS), once the page refreshed, don't wait, just click preview and payment. Bang!! (Don't wait for preview file).
7. Don't forget to on pop up from the setting (Check Youtube).
8. Finally, another page will open, then you have 5 minutes for final payment.
9. Cheers!!!

Not yet. I am facing another problem now. Page crashes (some error like connection failed) when I click on review application. It was not happening earlier.

I was able to pay fees today. Thank you again.

Although in my case it actually took more than a minute even with 75 MBPS plan. I clicked refresh at 8:13:40 thinking that I will refresh again at 8:14:30. But refresh got over after 8:15. Fortunately payment is done.

Same. They had mentioned that the timeframe between C2 and C3 is the longest of around 10 weeks but now it's already past 10 weeks still no update.

If 10 weeks past between C2 and C3 then you can contact then through email. They will update your status quickly.
