Can anybody tell how can I get certified true copies of my documents in Quebec? Can it be done from bank?

Be careful about "certified true copy for our educational certificates", I sent my Canadian certificate but they did not accept.
They mentioned only certified by the institute would be accepted. However, other documents certified by notarized was accepted.
I'm currently staying in Montreal and it is not possible for me right now to go back India and have the documents notarised.
Is there any other way out for this?
Can it be done via banks? I asked in TD bank and they said they do provide certified copies of documents. Will this be accepted?

Only the entity that emmits the documents can certify it's true veracity. If you need a document issued in India, maybe you can use the help of a family.

Actually, you need also a signed sealed envelope putting inside certified copy of your diploma. Ask your institute to do that, I believe all the institutes are familiar with that.
