I am from Pakistan.Please help me to advice on below points.
1) From which organization should I get attested my educational certificates and degrees certified true copies? Should I get it attested by HEC or the university and board who have issued these certificates and degrees?
2) Should I get verified mark sheets also along with degrees and certificates?
3) I am Electrical Engineer by professio , should I get license before filing my case? Is it mandatory to get license to sussessfuly get nomination.

1- From HEC
2- Yes you should do it. Marksheet should be notarized by your university or any notary public
3- Not required. Actually, I never used mine anywhere.
