Hello,
They receive the documents but don't update the status. I was in a same situation, my documents reached MIDI on 6th April and I had no update till 11th May so I called them. The person on line said " Due to high volume we may not update the status outright". After the call I received the confirmation of receipt the next day and CAQ in 3 days. So I suggest you try calling them.

Actually I got the confirmation of receipt and CAQ on the same day, May 19 Quebec time.
They really took a few minutes to issue it.
Anyway, good luck to all those waiting.
