Dear OP. Please note that there is a chance to have the file approved, however you will require most likely a lawyer who is experienced in medical inadmissability issues. For starters you may wish to read the information in the below links, which will help you understand how CIC reviews these types of cases and what would most likely be needed from you to be successful in overcoming a possible refusal.

I got to say, it could be done but it would be quite hard as the manual on excessive demand issue, talks about being able to put someone on special care on their own expenses, to help prove that the cost on social care is minimized. Gotta say it is going to be hard to do when your income not only cover your parents and dependents but also cover private care if any arises.

It is going to be tough on OP but can be done if OP can convince CIC otherwise. As posted above, get yourself a good lawyer and perhaps the lawyer may be experienced enough to tell him what are the odds are against him.
