Reading: 7
Writing: 7
Listening: 11
Speaking: 6
Here is the Band level for score.
CELPIP CELPIP Level (CLB) Equivalencies

It would be very great if someone can please let me know if I am eligible to apply for PR under CEC ?
Thanks
Vir
You should have at least score 7 in all the component. Since your score is 6 in one component, you have to take this test again.

Does CELPIP allows you take the exam for only the component you failed? Thanks

You mean re-take the component you failed and keep score of the other components that you passed? Where did you get that idea?

No, but you can request a re-evaluation.
Costs $55. There is hope, because the Speaking section is not evaluated by computers, but by human examiners.
However, it takes 6-8 weeks for Paragon to get back to you with the results of re-evaluation.

I imagine only the multiple-choice type answers can be assessed through software, otherwise that's some pretty impressive software.
But yes. There is hope for reassessment - as you would only need to improve your speaking score by one - so this may be an option if you're not in a rush to apply.
