CELPIP RE-EVALUATION 2017

Hi,

Anyone requested revaluation lately?
I am considering to re-evaluate my speaking and writing scores.

Few Questions:

1. How likely will I get a better score?
2. How long does the process take? (As per their website, it takes 3-4 weeks)

I got L-9, R-9, S-8(!) W-7(!).

I took IELTS and got 7.5 in speaking and 7 in writing 2 years ago. I had to take CELPIP since my IELTS has expired recently.

Experienced CELPIP takers suggest please.

If you feel you have done better, your score will bump for sure.

It will take 2 to 3 weeks

I'm confident I will get at least 9+ in both.

They must have messed up my score with someone else.

I got my CELPIP scores increased after reval. I had done much better in speaking/writing but they had only given me 7 and 7. After reval it got increased to 10 and 9.
So, If you think you did better but are rated unfairly then go for it for sure. it is just 50 bucks for each section but saves you whole lot of trouble.

I have already requested the re-evaluation for both.

btw, how long did it take to get the scores re-evaluated?

I strongly recommend re-evaluation since my score changed.
Think of it as a gamble, you might lose $50 but if your score changes, it is worth losing $50.

Don't expect that score will change and if it changes.....celebrate

I strongly recommend re-evaluation since my score changed.
Think of it as a gamble, you might lose $50 but if your score changes, it is worth losing $50.

Don't expect that score will change and if it changes.....celebrate

I thought we get our money back if re-evaluation is successful.

Can you share your before and after scores if you dont mind?

I can assure you get the money back if the scores are changed. For me it took about 3-4 for the whole process including them sending me a new report card.

There is a chance of speaking and writing increasing but not for reading and listening. All the best.
