CELPIP Question on Eligibility

Hi Friends,

Wanted to check this for my friend. He is a CEC with 1year of canadian experience and recently took CELPIP, got a score of 6 in Speaking and 7 in all other sections. Is is eligible for submitting express entry profile? I heard the minimum is 7 in all sections. Would he be able to submit the profile? If so, will he be in the pool for any further ITA?

Kindly help out with your experience.

Depends on your friend’s NOC. If it’s 0 or A, CLB 7 is required. If it’s NOC B, CLB 5 is enough.
