Hello, I worked for 5 months then went to India in feb 2019 and got stuck there because of lockdown for 5 months. After coming back started working again with Same employer and worked for 5 months. Now my office is closed due to Covid-19. I started working with this employer in august 2019 and still working with this employer. I have completed 1560 hrs of work by working 40 hrs a week. Am I eligible for cec or do I need to complete 12 months??

Unfortunately you do not qualify under CEC at this time. As said above, you need 52 weeks of work where you worked at least 30 hours per week in order to claim a year of work experience. So you will need to work another two months full time to qualify for CEC.

Employer B would need to get an approved LMIA for this to count as a job offer.
I am not sure if IRCC would accept this as a job offer if you are already in Canada on an open work permit but working for a different employer. This may look like the LMIA and job offer have been obtained for the sole purpose of getting you enough points to be selected for EE. I think this is risky. I would either consult with a good immigration lawyer on this or make sure you switch over and work for employer B.
