As I know we need to work 52 weeks/ 1560 hour before we can apply under CEC, my question is that what if someone takes 14 months to work 1560 hours instead of 12 months/ 52 weeks. Is that an issue?
No, not an issue, that's what happens when you work part-time, and part-time work is accepted. Just has to be done within the 3 years before applying.
