I got an email for application approval. I have to email them back with credentials. Do I have to attach a pdf file of my photo when I reply them back. What else do I have to send them along with email. Sorry I am confused about the process.

3rd sept. AOR
OCT 14. Medicals passed
Biometrics already done.
NOV 3rd. ADR for common law documents
Nov 22nd email for application approval
So I reply this email with the info they asked for right. Do I have to attach my photo with the email or wait for them to create a portal account for me and then upload documents right? Please help super confused. Thank you!

Wait till portal credential created by IRCC and share... don't try to create on your own, that will delay processing. I am also waiting for credential creation.

Yes, just respond with all details asked as in PDF. No need to attach any other documents.

For outland dependents, any additional steps required?

Yes, I received an email stating that you have a new massage in your cic account.
For outland dependent nothing additional except the passport submission.

I haven’t see any changes or may be not notice any changes.

It was for both of us. Spouse submitted biometric from India on 20 October and I submitted from here in canada on 4 November.

i have the same experience.

ADR - 24 requested a PCC from a country I havent been to ever in my life
submitted the same day
then after few days it changed to NOT APPLICABLE -- i am not sure why maybe they realize its an error on their part? not sure.

Did they ask you an ADR?
