Hi Everyone, I have an urgent query! Please help! My AOR is 3rd September'21 and all requirements including medical and biometrics have been done. I have also received a GU on Nov 3. I have applied under CEC with PA inland and 1 outland dependent.
Currently, I am in India and my dependent is also in India. Will it affect my application as I have come across the new virtual landing process which states that I have to be in Canada at the time of declaration? Can I declare that I am not in Canada and get my PPR in India without coming back to Canada? I have a valid visitors visa, however, my dependent does not. We want to travel together. Is it possible?
Please help! I am confused!
Atleast in recent past, processing has been put on hold till primary applicant back to Canada. Thought PR application has been approved but on-hold till he comes back.

Is there someboday who submitted foreign work experience more than 2 years? I actually claimed for 3 years foreign work experience, so I'm worried a lot the process of mine goes very slowly. And can anybody share the experience about how IRCC verifys foreign work experience?
