I'm in the same boat. I got the update but no emails. Let me know if you figure out this.

I spoke to the agent, they asked me to send an email directly with UCI and port of entry etc. Sent email on Thursday and now I got the Portal Credentials today.

Try between 1 pm to 3 pm. On the 00:47 mark, Press 2 (Wait 3 Secs) Press 1 (Wait 1 sec) Press 2 (Wait 1 sec) and Press 0. If you follow these shortcuts, you don't need to provide UCI or Application # and it will be fast.

According to my GCMS notes my eligibility is passed but my criminality and background check have yet to be started. Any ideas how long that might take?
My AOR is 29th September.

I saw an update today and my medical is passed second time, Bg says still in progress, AOR sep19 VO Edmonton...

At last got an update on the application. Seems the medicals are re-reviewed and it shows Medical passed on March 14th, 2022. Happy that the application is opened.

But, the BG status still shows "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."

I saw ‘updated’ on my previous applications on the cic website (like my visitor and study permits) But my there is no change in my CEC application. No email yet. BG still shows ‘We are processing your background check’ Does the updated status on previous applications mean something. AOR September 3rd and still waiting for GCMS notes that were applied a month ago.

Good, atleast some progress is happening.. what is your AOR?

I got Medical Pass on Feb 22nd and my AOR is Sept 02... hoping for something positive by end of this month. It's been 6 and half months now...

I am worried to know this. you got your medical passed on Feb 22nd and there is no other update so far !!!
I was hoping to get updates in a week or 2 after the medicals passed yesterday but I think I shouldn't be.

Yesterday. I spoke to the agent as well he said there are lot of applications piled up in Etobicoke so he asked me to wait but I got the eCOPR today itself
