I got my work permit extended but I left Canada before that for marriage. Now I have valid work permit but no stamping. I did apply for visitor visa as returning worker but God knows when I’ll get approval for that. Any alternate options from anyone here, please

When did you apply for tRV ? Was it via Gckey? ( am in exact same situation )

It's BOWP...? and extended for how many years. I heard that they are giving for 2 years now a days instead of 1 year?

It’s closed WP extension applied in August and got the renewed WP letter in November. But prob is I came to India and my Old WP expired, I need visa stamping to travel back since just new WP wouldn’t suffice.

It was extension of closed WP applied inside Canada

Just called IRCC. Those stupid fuckers were still processing my TR to PR that I already withdrew in Sept and got my money back. The agent said they were about to send me a request to pay the fees and ADR for TR to PR. I told her to cancel that application right away

They usually do not have the authority to cancel any application, we need to send them a web form. Did they really cancel/withdraw your application?

No they did not. I have to send a webform, again!

Gotcha that’s Dec 15 through attorney in Canada by my organization.

5 days back .. any idea which visa office is your visitor visa being processed at ?

Call IRCC immediately and ask them. Send a webform describing the situation and ASK explicitly for an extension owing to unprofessional attitude of panel doctor. Ensure ALL conversation to the clinic is on email. Raise this issue with IRCC using every channel : Twitter, Webform and on Phone call.

My TR2PR is Sydney VO. I just got GU twice. Hopefully it's PR Portal. Better updates than my CEC.
