One question - I am Canada Inland with Aor - 2nd Sept and background check processing. Can I apply for work visa extension(I have valid work permit but my visa is expired) while I am waiting to hear back on my PR?

Silly question, but what is the status in your portal now :). Is that updated or still showing in Process or progress. I got different replies from the people who got eCOPR and PR Cards.

I got to know yesterday that my VO is CPC Edmonton. Till last week it was Ottawa CPC office. Anyone who have been requested for new medicals and how many days it took to pass?

Nothing silly about that question.

MyCIC had been updated the day we got our eCOPRs. PR application approved. Eligibility had been approved on the same day. Fun fact: apparently, our background checks had been completed weeks ago.

Did you call IRCC about status before you got approved? What did they say about background?

Document Request: Nov 4 (Original CELPIP Result. Not sure why they even need this when I already provided the version downloaded from CELPIP website. Ordered one by mail, scanned and uploaded on Nov 10. The successful receipt confirmation e-mail did not came in until Jan 11!!)
Medical(Upfront): Jan 12

Probably the slowest case in this thread.
