The digital photo (which was done by a professional photographer) doesn't seem to meet IRCC's requirements. When I upload the photo, I get the following message/warnings:
Warning: Your photo does not meet the following requirements:
Brightness: Your photo may be too bright or too dark.
Pixel Range Requirements: Your photo does not have a pixel range between 1680x1200 and 4200x3000 pixels.
To ensure your photo does not get rejected, please upload a new photo that meets all requirements. Please note that an IRCC agent will review your photo and will decide if it can be used to produce a PR card.
My photo is 591*827 pixels and 284 KB in size.
Any pro tips on how to fix these issues? Please please please help!!
AOR: Sep 20
BIO and Medical: Oct 27
ADR request: Oct 28 because passport picture was not clear
Document got accepted on Nov 4
PR Portal: Dec 11 (Not a single ghost update between Nov 4 and today)
Btw, I got the PR portal but I don't see any update in my application? (for example "Approved" etc)
Also, can someone clarify that what should I do if I'm currently in the US and will be back on the 22nd? Should I just wait to reply to the email or should I tell them that I will be back

As far as I know, IRCC expects to be notified if you're not in Canada at the moment. And then you would have to notify them again once you're back, so they can issue your eCOPR.
I'm no expert, though, you might want to verify this info.
Oh ok. I also applied with spouse and Canadian born son, and they removed him from the application when the medical was passed on dec 1st. Did they remove your son from the application at this stage or earlier?
