I used old medicals from March 2020 and biometrics are given in 2019 also I have another application ( FSW inland ) from March 2020 with no updates so I don’t know exact reason but I believe my file is not touched.. did you also use old medicals?

Yes I used old medicals and old bio...when i called the agent they said my background is processing. No idea

How do you know when you get a ghost update? Is it when you receive an email & no change? Or when it says your profile has been update without an email and there is no change?

You get an email about a change in your profile but you see no change in anything. My guess is these are reminders of unread messages in your profile. You'll notice some messages will say unread even if you read them.

Ghost update, applicants will be notified that "your status has been updated", but actually there's nothing changed in your account, generally speaking it's a sign of your file is opened or marked by officer. Most of applicants will receive their portal soon after the ghost updates appeared.

They are ghost updates. By definition nothing happens thats why they are a ghost update lol

We haven't been able to login to mycic, today.
When last we looked (yesterday), there hadn't been any further updates.
