Hi ,
CEC inland while applying (sept 18)got my Pr portal today ..
Issue is I am outside Canada stuck for last 6 months with an active wp but TRV is in progress from India since last 6 months !

I just relocated a month back to Netherlands and raised web form too for updating new address . How can I ask them to treat me as CEC Outland and give pe copr and passport submission req for stamping !
Please help me here !

Did you get any updates before the portal email? Any ghost updates or anything?

Why it’s taking too long for processing cec pr files. It’s been nine months now still no updates yet.

Received "IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal" email yesterday confirming my PR application is approved and they have asked to confirm the email address, UCI and date of entry in Canada. Can someone please tell me what to expect next with the timelines?
I will be travelling to India and need to know if IRCC will ask for any documents so that I can carry them with me during my trip.

Why it’s taking too long for processing cec pr files. It’s been nine months now still no updates yet.

Its a speculation but we may be near the limit of "highly skilled worker" quota this year.

For 2022 it was around 52-64K in the beginning of 2022.

There were 7.5K CEC and 32.8K FSW waiting for PR at the END OF APRIL (https://www.cicnews.com/2022/05/irc...yond-21-million-people-0525204.html#gs.494gzp)

Around mid of December 2021 (https://www.cicnews.com/2022/02/imm...t-there-are-signs-of-improvement-0221864.html) there were 54K FSW and 24K CEC remaining.

So its roughly 22K (FSW) + 17K (CEC) that have landed. This makes 39K landed HSW immigrants. Another 20K landing remaining and they have 39K to land (this was back in may beginning). needless to say, it means some will not be able to land this year.

Don't worry about this immigration scam anymore!
Just let's keep renewing our BOWP infinitely...
But thank you for doing all these calculation though. It's very helpful but it makes our waiting more helpless...just joking, lol

But they did not process applications chronologically...those scammers just inhuman, don't deserve you to use your human brain to think about them...
