Today I got an email to check a message in my account. As per the information letter in GC key account, I need to share email id, UCI, entry date & if still in Canada etc. This letter is issued from Etobicoke. However, I am not sure to which email id these information needs to be sent as there is no mention of any email id in the letter & I did not get any email(nothing in spam as well) on this. Can someone please suggest?

if you click on the uploaded documents link top right part of the status page, you should see a new line item where you should be able to upload new documents and then submit the form.

There was no specific form to be submitted. I guess that's why no link is enabled to upload anything. I sent the details now to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

Guys... Finally, it happened, and got the portal mail from Etobicoke office.
AOR - 15 Sep
File was at Edmonton
Security was not started till 2nd march and got passed on 3rd March which is why I had got the GU.
Best of luck to everyone who are waiting and we all should get it soon.

Thanks a lot, dost... I was checking old posts and we both started our PCC application around the same time. Not sure if you remember.
Let's see how Canada keeps the rest of the things.

Yeah I remember. We also finished more or less 15-20 days apart. I got my email on Feb 22 and eCoPR on Feb 24. You got yours on Mar 9.

Thanks. I have sent the response around midnight on the portal confirmation.
Can I expect the portal credentials today morning or will have to send again in morning?

I'm in the same boat. I got the update but no emails. Let me know if you figure out this.

Congratulations man! Was your VO Etobicoke from the beginning or was it transferred to Edmonton at any point?

Thanks. My Primary VO was Ottawa till Dec, 21 end and the file was moved to Edmonton in Jan first week.
Till yesterday the primary VO was Edmonton as confirmed by the Agent.
