What did IRCC agent tell you.

Yes when I called the customer service number, she told all document already viewed by the officer and they are checking the background.

Is this normal no update yet, it's been exactly 40 days now.

It's normal, don't worry, if you watch the August or July threads, applicants with old medicals usually takes a bit longer to receive medical pass or bio updates. Most of us applied with new medical received mep in 30 days, so it does make sense for not seeing any changes in your account for 40 days. Be patient, it will be updated soon as long as your documents are fine.

You've already asked an agent from ircc, they know more than anyone about your application.

That explain the BIL part.
So they will update your Biometrics once they reach the state when they need it. Basically your UCI is linked to your previous one. You do not need to provide BIL so they will bring it up once they put you through Background Checks. Your MEP will be updated once your application is near final decision.

But Biometrics is showing as

Biometrics

• We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

Question/Ask: Does this means, biometrics is not yet completed ?
