I got ITA under CEC this May. Also, I had applied for my work permit extension in January this year and got it approved in April. I am planning to use the same roles and responsibilities document as I filled for WP extension. Will that cause any issue. The document is on company's letterhead and signed but states that these responsibilities are for my WP extension. Guys please help , will this be an issue. My company wont be issuing a new roles document
My 2 cents, will the issuance date of your work reference letter back in January cover the Canadian experience points you're claiming? Maybe add the most recent payslips as well. For current work, its recommended (but not required in the IRCC website) to get a recent letter as close to the eAPR submission date.

I was asking like if you’re claiming 2 years Canadian work experience in your PR, will your reference letter dated as of January 2020 cover those 2 years? I‘m thinking that’s fine.
But why does your company not want to issue a new one? They issued you a reference letter before for wp renewal, what’s the harm of giving you the same letter but with a recent date?
Yes the ;etter covers the complete duration of my stay here. Moreover I am only showing 1 year of experience as I have not completed 2 years yet, also the roles and responsibilities letter was drafted by a immigration firm which was then signed by my supervisor and HR and then it was submitted. My HR does not have any such letter.

Okay, my view is that as long as your employment reference letter meets the IRCC requirements and covers the # of years of Canadian work experience you're claiming points for, that's okay to submit. But, of course, wait for experts to comment also.
