CEC - Received ITA\, Currently working in Quebec

Hello,
I have received the ITA under CEC. I have my Canadian experience in Quebec and I am still working in Quebec. My contract with my employer is getting over in December 2017. Currently I don't have any job offering in Ontario province or any other provinces. How should I apply with this scenario?

Kindly let me know which procedure should I follow.

If you submit your eAPR eventually during the processing of your application you will receive a request to provide a letter of intent in which you must explain and provide proof that you'll reside outside the province of Quebec.

If your argument does not convince the officer then your application will get rejected.

This will be challenging. Do you have any experience in any other province? Friends or family? Without proof of ties and/or a job offer in another province, it will be difficult for IRCC to believe you intend to leave Quebec.

I agree with jes_ON. I would start looking for a job outside of Quebec now and relocate as soon as you can.

My situation is very much similar like you. But one exception is my pgwp is going to be expired very soon 15/Aug. Now i am thinking to submit CEC application.
How long does it take to get the ITA.
