I received the PPR mail on 1st Nov and replied them on 2nd Nov to change the VO to Delhi for stamping and waiting period started from then...and till now the status is same "WAITING"
Finally I mailed them my passport to print visa at CPC-Ottawa office and requested them to print my wife`s visa at any of the Canadian Embassy in India.
I have heard that for such type of visa they send to Mumbai office not Delhi any ways, lets see what do they tell us?

I am in Canada and my wife/kid are in India. I will wait till tomorrow and then I am thinking of sending my passport to Ottawa along with a covering letter requesting them to change the VO for my wife/kid to an embassy office in India, hoping they would respond quickly for this.

A friend of mine who requested visa office change on Oct 28, recieved a mail from CIC yesterday informing him to submit his PP to Canadian High Commission, New Delhi.
I received PPR email on Nov 10. Requested for VO change to New Delhi for my spouse on Nov 11.
Lets travel on the last phase of the actual Visa approval.

That's a good news... I saw someone posted on other thread that he received reply email from CIC to change VO to New Delhi day before y'day. He sent first email on Oct 26.
So we can consider that current avg. wait time to get final confirmation is about 2.5 - 3 weeks (i.e. 15-20 regular days including weekends).
