Hi Guys
Can anybody help me with this issue!!!
I am eligible to apply under either CEC or FSW (PhD student Cap) and I am wondering which one is faster? for CEC I have to take the IELTS exam, but for FSW, I already took the CELPIP and have the results.
Does anybody know this new PhD student cap under FSW is as fast as CEC?
what do you suggest guys?

yes, but I do not graduate yet !
 
no one knows how long the PhD stream will take, it is so new that CIC hasn't added it to their instruction guides yet :) I would expect it to be relatively quick, tho...
 
Yeah I think so :), I sent my application to sydney yesterday, now I have to wait and see. Thank you guys :), wish me luck!
