I called them and they said the application is still under processing. They told me that the processing time is 5 months, and I should wait until the end of this month for biometrics letter or call them again.

I can't login to the ircc-tracker site you sent, is this normal? This is the error I get

Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

What is your UCI on the GCkey ? if it starts with CAN you cannot use the tracker until your UCI changes.
If you have not received BIL I would presume your UCI has not changed yet

Received the Portal Access with login credentials today. Expecting to received the confirmation email and E-COPR and PR card after this.

Background check: February 7, 2024 Completed.
Received email for details to provide Portal 1 access, replied to that and waiting for the access.
Does anyone know what is the approx. recent timeline after this if anyone went through it recently?
