Replied to the portal email.. How long will it take to get a reply from them these days? Practicing Patience...

My PVO was CIO Ottawa, but I got my portal email from Etobicoke

1. What is the subject line of PR approval / portal email.
2. Does it includes our UCI# or PR Application number anywhere in the email - in body or subject?
3. Is the email coming from this address: IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca?

It depends on your Primary VO. if it is Ottawa then you will get from the email ID you mentioned. They have email address for every region.

as per IRCC, subject line will be like below:

If you got an email about the Permanent Residence Portal, it’s legitimate if

• it came from an email address ending in @cic.gc.ca
• it’s in both English and French
• the subject line is “IRCC - Permanent Residence Portal (PR Confirmation) / Portail de résidence permanente (Confirmation de la RP)”

once you reply on first email with details IRCC asked. they will send another email with Portal login details, which will be used to login to portal to upload photo for PR and confirm the address and also for getting eCOPR.

After 100 times of calling Ircc, I was able to get thru today around 12pm in BC. He did not say a lot of information though.
Eligibility: In Progress - Same status in Tracker (in CBSA notes, it’s recommended passed)
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

Bro did you asked call center agent that in notes it is recommended passed, why it is showing in progress? What is the date of recommended passed in the notes? And your vo?

I'm really hoping that, since security is done which supposedly is the last step, eligibility is at least recommended pass somewhere lol. I've read that in a couple sites, also saw a couple people saying that they called IRCC one time and eligibility was passed, and then called again days later and eligibility was not started
