I received my portal request on 3rd feb but replied today only.
Now what am I supposed to do?
Wait for ircc to creat an portal account for me?
The email asked me if i am in canada and I replied yes to that. Now what’s next?

Congrats on the portal email.
Your IRCC account will not have updates. You can register and check you status in the new tracker system. If CoPR is generated, the number will also be in this system. You will soon get the CoPR.

The application history in this will show the status for each step and the date in which it was completed.
Let us know your timelines shown there.

My biometrics got updated on December 15, 2022. And the status for the eligibility criteria changed to " we are reviewing your additional documents", and no update till now. when should I expect to finish the document verification?

If your luck is same is mine, then it can take 6 months and still not finish.
Hope you have the luck of other who applied in Nov and portal email already.

I tried registering for the link that you mentioned. However, it says the details are invalid and shows an error. Is that something that usually happens?

The place birth should be exactly as in your passport including any space and comma in it.
For me it is City, State.

It worked. It shows the application status is in progress. And in the application details it says
Eligibility - in progress.

When did your background pass? when was your AOR?

It shows that they haven't started the background check yet
If I am not wrong, that might be the next step after the eligibility is completed.
Not sure about it

Have anybody applied for GCMS notes? Do you think it is too early for us? I am a bit worried and frustrated as there is no update anywhere.

I think it depends, my background shows completed as of 27th Jan but eligibility is still in progress.

Unfortunately didn't find anything useful from the tracker.. Eligibility and BG Check is showing as in progress, but when I contacted IRCC they said it is in progress from Dec. Donno what is going on with my profile.
