Hi everyone, i received an email today from portal from Calgary office portal that my RP is approved:

it was very quick, but i have nothing in my IRCC account, my status is still submitted, does anyone have an idea if it stays like that or it will be updated afterward ?

do you also reside in calgary? or ircc assign the visa office regardless of where you live? so for example, a person living in Vancouver can have VO Calgary?

Wow! Fastest I’ve seen for CEC. Just to make sure, you don’t have provincial nomination right? And did you also had history of visa refusal? TIA and congrats again

I applied for GCMS from both IRCC (on 12/01/2022) and CBSA (on 12/05/2022) and got notes from CBSA today. No changes in 1.5 months after MEP & BIO.

My current status is as follows:
Medical: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started

In one corner of the notes, I found this but not sure if it means anything,

Due Date: 2022/12/25

Assigned To: RSxxxx

Due date in my GCMS notes is one month to MEP/BIL. In my case, it's 9 DEC 2022 (MEP/BIL/GU1 9 NOV 2022). I guess assigned officer will get notification on the app when due date passed so they can see if any new updates can be added to file which may have to come from various sources. Since !RCC not interested in processing CEC files at this time, I didn't get any further update after due date like GU2 or anything. I guess next due date would be one month from 9 DEC 2022 which is 9 JAN 2022 and I'm hoping assigned office start working on my file when it gets flagged again.

which notes did you order? IRCC or CBSA notes? I only received CBSA notes. If yours is IRCC notes, how long it took to get the notes? Also, has your eligibility and security started?

Ghost update! it's when you have "Application/profileupdated" in your IRCC account but you dont really see an update when you click and open the full account
