Update: biometrics marked as completed in both PR tracker and GCKey on February 27th (given on February 26th, BIL received February 23rd)

I guess it’s been more delayed because I was a targeted draw? I remember 3600 people got invitation last year October for health care draw for CEC… Mine was health care targeted draw in EE and AOR was Nov 29th.

I don't think IRCC have any separation by draw, there is pool by category like PNP or CEC.
